Responsibilities

– Acts as receptionist
– Receives incoming calls
– Greets all incoming visitors
– Secures identity of callers and connects to proper parties
– Takes and relays messages
– Receives visitors, register, issues I.D. for visitor(s), announces and directs to proper party
– Maintains required records
– Performs a variety of clerical duties as time permits, including data entry, reports, and representative maintenance using Microsoft Office programs.
– Plan and execute monthly town hall meetings

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with courses in business education preferred

This gives us the financial stability of a large company but the speed and agility of a small company.

This position supports the Customer Care activities. Examines orders and floor plans to determine appropriate quantities necessary to fill orders. Recommends alternatives products as deemed necessary.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
– Obtain floor plans and perform takeoffs of relevant materials
– Recommend alternatives to materials specified if GE material not listed
– Supply sales support with takeoff and any qualifying notes if needed in order to quote customer
– Supply pricing for internal requests of domestically sourced products
– Source vendors for special request needs from sales team
– Field internal technical questions
– Provide CAD drawings when required for mat production
– Various other CAD drawings as requested by sales
– Provide quotes to customers
– All other duties as assigned.

This position could be a great opportunity for people from a mechanical engineering background.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a mechanical engineer that has an acute business sense.  It is a job that requires some engineering to evaluate product and sources but more importantly the ability to determine a product’s viability in our marketplace.

The individual must also be adept at negotiation and building relationships with vendors from all over the world.  An ideal candidate understands the big picture but uses creativity and logic to determine the best solution to individual customer requirements.  This may involve sourcing a brand new product or developing a product to serve a particular need.

We expect the new employee to take on a leadership role helping shape our direction as a company and contributing to our continued exponential growth.  You must be willing to travel overseas 3-5 times a year.  You must also be “promotable” and able to progressively take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for the fulfillment of standard and custom sample requests for our customers.  Including the pulling and packing of correct product samples and collateral, maintaining inventory, and coordination with the Customer Care and Sales Teams.

– Coordinate with Sales & Marketing on lead fulfillment, correct sample collection, and shipping.
– Maintain inventory, organization, and tracking of product samples and collateral
– Order samples and collateral from various vendors to ensure supply
– Administer standard and custom labeling where required
– Receive materials in the warehouse, and check for quality/accuracy

Responsibilities

This is a critical role that will be responsible for working with customers on orders which include ensuring proper use of specialized documentation for domestic/international shipping organizing and scheduling distributor and customer shipments, and communicating with customers and distributors on order status and accounts.

– Researching customer inquiries (proof of delivery, miss –shipments, providing future ship dates).
– Working directly with customs agencies to expedite clearances as needed
– Reviewing accounts’ statuses with Finance
– Assisting internal customers with outgoing and incoming shipments as needed
– Resolving customer related issues directly or by coordinating the efforts of others
– Responsible for conducting investigations to verify and resolve customer or vendor issues/complaints.
– Will assist the production team in the identification and implementation of organizing product to increase overall customer satisfaction.
– Perform production control inventory activities and audits, to include oversight of physical and logistical movement of material
– Coordinate with Planning and Customer Care to ensure deadlines
– Performs research and analysis of freight costs and classifications, delivery methods, and delivery schedules to minimize delivery costs and maximize customer satisfaction.
– Utilizes the services of Truck Load (TL), less-than-truckload (LTL) carriers, small package service providers and air-forwarders to handle the fulfillment of shipments to achieve a prearrange delivery date.
